wa567 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wa567 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or force majeure events.

wa567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Material breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC or AML verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on or in connection with the account.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction of accounts in certain jurisdictions.
• Receipt of a player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.

Upon termination for material breach or fraud, wa567 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the affected account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (such as regulatory withdrawal from a jurisdiction), wa567 will process any verified balance for withdrawal to the player using the account's registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
